I have tertiary qualifications in political science and international relations from the University of Queensland, St. Lucia. I am a former member of the Australian diplomatic service (Dept. Foreign Affairs and Trade) and have travelled extensively. I am co-founder of Metier Media Pty Ltd, which is a publisher of magazines in the alternative spirituality genre. My key interest area is belief systems and how they shape our world.
Are you a member of any specific organization(s)?
I am a Member of the Joseph Campbell Foundation, the Australian Institute of International Affairs, the Goddess Association in Australia and of various Editorial and Journalist Associations in Australia and internationally.
I am particularly interested in gender issues, conflict resolution and in exploring common mythology, folklore and cultural practices as alternative routes to religious tolerance and peace.
What are your favorite musicians/films/books which are related to or inspired by humanitarian issues?
This is an interesting website, with some great international humanitarian media.
